I can't connect to my phone....I just paid to have the batteries changed for what?

update broke the connection with my phone. i can connect to my phone through BT, but cannot connect to the app. it's kind of useless as an activity tracker when the setup screen on the watch never changes due to a lack of app integration. PLEASE, fix the app. without it, it's pretty much a heavy, blingy watch that only tells time. can't even get the date. Hurray for analogue.

Junk!! Watch can not connect thru app, but can connect directly to my blue tooth. Unfortunately you need to go thru the app so you can get your notifications on your watch. This app issue, makes this watch an expensive piece of junk, and like any other watch that is not a smart watch.

Watch and IM app are garbage and disconnect randomly all the time. Getting it to reconnect is hit or miss. Got 3 replacement watches in hopes of a defect but all of them have the same issues. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this watch and app
