Booked Housejoy’s floor cleaning and scrubbing services and am really amazed with the work that was done. Didn't know that it would turn out to be this good since I was unsure of booking the service online. the application is user friendly and is pretty easy to navigate. Keep up the good work guys. Worst service. My carpentry work was not done properly and now the drawers are not closing properly. Made a complaint but no resolution from last 10 days. Worst app and service. Very disappointed.

I booked Housejoy's cleaning services from their online application. It was really very easy to book. You can select a time according to your convenience and location. Very handy and simple. The job was also well done. Would recommend them.

We had a worst experience with this service. Please don't go for this service. They did a very dirty job and when we asked they said their service expired after one day. Even after calling so many time no response from their side. Pathetic service.

I have scheduled ac service with AmC plan.the technician cancle schedule time twice.which watsed my entire day. With no option left have to cancel the subscription it self. Don't know if I will get refund or not.pathetic service anyways

The app is buggy but I think housejoy's terrible customer service and the terribly managed backend make it worse. The app doesn't let you book many services without including the baseline and so there's confusion. Calling them and trying to resolve it is even worse because they'll make you run around. I think if you can, I'd recommend you go to The Urban Company because at the very least, you can call them and rectify mistakes in the booking and the support is responsive. Disappointing.
