I don't think I've had a worse parking app experience than this. They're all pretty bad, but Hotspot seems like it was intentionally designed to be as hostile as possible. Oregon City needs to switch immediately. I've never before been required to keep a balance (minimum $10) just to pay 70¢ to park. On top of that, you can't have more than one active session, so I can't pay for parking more than one of my cars at once! Completely outrageous.

My account has been locked for no reason. The app has been buggy recently, and there were times were I can't log in. Today, I logged into the app with my email and I saw this error saying that my account was locked, I looked at my email and it redirected me to the website. I tried logging in with my Google account and the same thing happened like what it did in the app. Hopefully the developers can patch the bugs and fix the errors.

Buggy app, use requires yearly subscription. I thought I would try this app to see if it would be easier than walking back to my car and depositing coins. It wasn't. the setup is somewhat tedious and only after you have entered all your info does it tell you that in order to use this app at all for parking you are required to pay a yearly subscription.

Pretty straight forward once I got through the apps particulars. Did had a slight hiccup when trying to contact the the individuals at HSP with a question I'm guessing it was a phone company issue. Also under snow conditions had ghost images and bus tracking difficulties that was a GPS problem and not there's. Other then that no need for the parking features. I do for bus riding not having to worry about correct change or losing loosing a bus pass. That is a blessing

menu system to get vehicles set up and get back to "park" can be a bit funky bit it works every time and I've never had an issue that it said I was parked but I wasn't. much better than coins.

The review by Darcy Peters below says it all. $10 increments is an obvious nickel-and-dime cash grab. I had to try to park 3 times. Once before I had payment set up, then once after I added my card, then again after I added my $10 of f-ing credit. Halifax should be ashamed of itself for gouging residents with this absolute trash service. And thanks for the extra 10c service charge to add insult to injury! Also my wife has credit on her account but can't get into it or get a reset email. Thieves
