The App doesn't work. I am trying to add my existing booking and it keeps showing the error message that not able to connect to the server, please check your Internet connection. My Internet connection is very good as I am able to work on everything else.

Failed countless times. The interfaces is not intuitive enough. It takes much, much longer than a regular key to unlock the door. Did not open the front door in my hotel so I had to use an extra key anyhow. Failed at register. Failed at check out.

Following all the steps to the very last one with the signature just to see that the app loses connection then and Dave finish the check in despite a perfect WiFi connection.
