Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CONNECTA LH on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

Connecta L’H és l’App de serveis i informació de l’Ajuntament de L’Hospitalet.
A través d’aquest nou canal de relació amb la ciutadania, l’Ajuntament centralitza en un únic espai l’accés als tràmits, la possibilitat de demanar cita prèvia, està al dia de les principals notícies i esdeveniments o comunicar una queixa o suggeriment.
Els ciutadans podran sol·licitar des del seu mòbil tràmits tan demandats com el canvi de domicili, l’alta a padró, el certificat de residència, fer una instància, o inscriure a un nadó, entre molt d’altres. A més, podran consultar tots els tràmits que tenen al seu abast, encara que aquests no es puguin fer digitalment. El usuaris també podran consultar, a través de la seva carpeta ciutadana, quines han estat les darreres sol·licituds que ha fet amb l’ajuntament o veure quines són les dades de padró que té el seu consistori.
El nou canal permet a la ciutadania rebre avisos personalitzats sobre allò que més els interessi, com talls de carrer, activitats d’oci, cultura i esport o subvencions a entitats, entre d’altres. També podran accedir de forma intuïtiva a les xarxes socials de la institució i als principals telèfons d’utilitat, als quals s’ha incorporat l’opció de trucar per facilitar-ne l’ús.
L’App inclou dos espais específics, un adreçat a les entitats i un altre per a l’activitat econòmica i el comerç. A través d’aquests espais, el teixit associatiu i comercial de la ciutat podran trobar de forma fàcil i clara tots els tràmits que de manera específica poden fer amb el seu Ajuntament.
