Worst service. Ordered a food and waited more than 30 min, representative from hopstick called and intimated food is not available in restaurant. But after 20 min call received from restaurant that we r waiting for the delivery executive to deliver the food. Worst fellows, why behaving like this. We the customers ordering since we are not feel well but these fellows were playing in our money and making tense.

Excellent service. Polite and Neat Staff. On time delivery. Prompt payments and refunds. @ HOPSTICKS ..you guys are doing a great job. Continue the true sense of Aggregators you have been performing. Every state needs such professional for their local delivery. You guys create a neat and honest view of this business for customers and the merchants on your platform. It was not so easy for all to know this reality till you came. This method and transperancy should replicate all state and town.

Very bad experience in my first order only...Ordered some dishes in a restaurant...Paid the amount..But I got a call that dish was not available..If its not available why its showing in your app and what's the reason for accepting order..Then they told amount will be refunded shortly or within 24 hrs....But till now there is no refund of that amount unlike other food delivery apps..Expecting a better service so that people can trust you.....Don't make the customers in uncomfortable situation..
