App shuts down many times, have to keep putting in my id information. Been a few times it says I'm not in the correct location, when I'm in my patients livingroom. And you can't even track your own log ins. horrible.

Frequently Hangs up at login. Not user-friendly. Can't review history of login and log out. Schedule does not provide timer information and cannot review status after logging in.

After clocking in, a way to view hours to correct missed hoitdy. System stuttering down over weekend

Shuts down every time I try to start or end a session when I put my ID in...it takes 3 or more tries to log in to start a session or to clock out.... This app sends false reminders I did not clock in when I did. I constantly get random voice reminders my session is going to end when it's not even anywhere near the end of my schedule. This app is extremely problematic and difficult.

This app causes you to re-enter information then it goes back to the beginning you have to re-enter information and then it tells you you're not in your location and you're sitting in people's living room.

About this app

My EVV is a way to verify that services to a patient, who has signed up for a home healthcare service, are delivered.

My EVV is allows workers who visit patient homes to electronically clock in and out of shifts. The system logs key information including the date, time, and location by using the GPS of the mobile phone. When the employee signs in to the system, it facilitates them to enter all the services provided as per needs of the individual’s schedule.

My EVV records all the required information so that reports can be produced as per requirements of any individual agency with the guidelines as stipulated by Medicaid/Medicare.
