Will not connect! It connected when I first got it but after the update I
can not get it to work. All I can do is push play when I leave in the
morning and hope it makes it back home. Don't get me wrong...the vacuum is
great, but I wish I would have read the app reviews. I probably would have
purchased a different vaccum since the big selling point was the app and
all the capabilities it has. Also, the walls you can make are hard to
manage bc they are so large in scale compared to your map.

Love my Rogue. A gift. I have only had this for a short time but the App is working fine for me. I have had no problems setting and moving temporary barriers/ walls. I even sat in the vets office and watched the thing running on the map! I have not tried scheduling yet as I generally go around and pick up anything loose first. This is a great Vac!!! And the App does its job.

Update, the vacuum is still great. The app is better and now connects to
the server, so I now have access to all of the features of the vacuum. The
downside is that I cannot get the maps to save, the bot will recon the area
and use the map to clean, but when the bot goes home the map is lost and I
have to start over with the recon process, therefore because it won't save
a map it can't schedule a cleaning. It still needs some work, but al least
it works... kind of.

I am unable to connect my rouge to the app. I tried various ways and followed the instructions to the T on the manual, but I can't connect it. Please fix, once fixed I will give it more Stars. But don't get me wrong the rouge it's self is really good worth the money. But I do wish I could have read the reviews to the app before purchasing.

This app is horrible. I regret buying this because you can't use it. Always
have to do recon mode several times to get it map out. Of course, it lost
the map and you have to redo it. Spend time creating smartwalls but again
it's lost and you have to start over. Had issues with this app and it
actually made the vacuum stuck under my counter and broke the week
underneath because it kept going without doing anything else besides
spinning. Just horrible.

Like all the other reviews I cannot connect to the vacume with the app. With no connection you can't program cleaning times. This is the reason I purchased the product. It did connect eventually when I got it but would not save any maps. On the second time I used it it would no longer connect, tried different devices and MANY factory resets. Vacume works good, but not what was promised or advertised. I think for that reason it may have to go back. Does Hoover not reply to any of these concerns? It's the same issue over and over and over!
