The map in the app is almost useless. It loads very slowly in small chunks and won't show any detail unless you zoom way in. The app makes it hard to figure out what shops, restaurants, and lounges are nearby. The app won't show my current location and keeps popping up with an error about my phone's compass not working. Other map apps on my phone work just fine, so what's wrong with this app? A simple static PDF would have been 10 times more useful.

Every time I open this app it says to download the new version (which this is!) And it keeps blinking and freeze up!

Registering purchase is buggy. Not only need Receipt but need Credit card payment notification which sometimes not available. Only for flight info.

useless app. too bad hkg airport sooo big but cannot afford to get a good IT expert. this app always keep on stopping. suggest you download HKG flight info.

What a stupid app. When subscribe was finished and received my verification code the app didn't recognized my email address and phone number. When trying to make a new account it wasn't possible because my email address and phone already used. I really don't understand.....🥴🥴😟😟
