App freezes at the loading screen, uninstalling and re-installing doesn't seem to work. It was working fine until now

I canset my location and scroll to people nearby and in my same country previously but now I wouldn't.. all of the people I scroll into have unknown location, who want to guess that??? for us users to view their location, we have to pay now??? other sites at least provide the users location which gives us security in the people we want to meet.
