Come on Honda. At the next fix can you get the app to recognise a valid email address. My personal and work addresses both received the "computer says no" response. Only once I can create an account can I enjoy the features. If the door is locked I can't walk in. Update - lost the will to live with this app. Trying to register and requesting a one time password. I have to leave the app to retrieve the otp from my email and it changes the first part of the code. Verification fails. Uninstalled

Fix this application ASAP!! It simply doesn't work!! Don't forget the fact that I pay two subscriptions.. PS are you serious? The same answer more than 5 times in other reviews!! What kind of feedback do you want to have with an unstable application that should let you get connected with the car and check the status or change settings and it simply 9/10 times doesn't connect with the car?? I love the car and you managed to make me hate the application! That's an accomplishment!

Just doesn't work. Cannot log in even after many password resets. Worst app on my phone. Due to lockdown only just been able to visit dealership for initialising. 2nd March. Not worked properly for 2 days now. 8th March. App has not updated for 2 days. Unable to send destinations to satnav. Unable to lock or unlock, just to mention a couple of things. Definately will not be paying anything for this app when subscription ends in November. With only the core subscription it is not worth having, a

Took 4 weeks to activate then only worked couple of times. Last time on evening of 19 November 2020. No contact since. Car now outside connected to charge point, locked. App can't unlock it and key fob not working at all. ADVICE: JUST USE THE CARS CONTROLS TO SET CHARGING AND PREHEAT. Forget all about the app. It's rubbish imho. Update from 20.11.2020. The app is working as it should now, but still takes too long to connect to the car.

Worst app EVER. Never works. Gives incorrect info. Always have issues signing in. Wants you to update app everytime. Waste of my time. Honda must pay me to use this useless app. Tells me my car is down one road when it's not. Tells me the doors are unlocked and it's not. Can you imagine the heartache if I actually believed in this app. Take this app off play store NOW! 0 out of 5. Reply to Honda: Please keep your comments and fix the app. You sound like a broken record. I can't even sign in

I had a problem setting up. Called Honda customer care, they advised using a different email address. Works great, connected to my car, sends destinations. Really impressed.
