A practical yet beautifully designed mobile real estate app that allows you to search for homes in Vancouver and all its surrounding areas, from Whistler to Chilliwack, and everywhere in between.

Create a group collaboration of listings you like. Communicate directly with your agent, add a friend or family member while you are searching out your new place to call home. Chat with anyone, whether they are using the app or not. No more dealing with multiple emails & text chains… Search the platform for homes & discuss together all in one place!

Save yourself a ton of research time by using Plentyofhomz neighbourhood tab. Discover what’s close by, how easy it is to get around that neighbourhood, how long it will take to commute to the office, and what schools are nearby. The search function is more than just a simple home search… there’s the obvious MLS number, address, city, or postal code, plus intuitive search tools like Circle Draw and Augmented Reality. Enjoy the point your phone and search letting you know automatically what is currently for sale in a certain neighbourhood bringing up the listing information and allowing you to narrow down the criteria to what you want like a house, condo or price point etc. See a specific for sale sign while driving around this point your phone search will pull up the information you are wanting to know in one simple movement.
