The app does not tell you much with on going job, had a thermostat issue so paid £115 for a tradesman to come and tell us a new one was needed - £115 for 10 mins work, more than a dentist! . Then confusion over a quote, when was the job being done, goods marked up by 40% ana another labour charge. Really poor value for money and poor app. I won't be using this service again.

Lots of snafus in the app and the website. Needs much improvement, however, I have booked several services and all the tradespeople have been exceptionally good, so I persevere with any app issues, using phone if necessary to iron out any problems that occur with bookings and payments

This app does not work at all. I have reset my password and reinstalled it as advised by John Lewis but all to no avail. I cannot view my bookings, invoices or anything else. Utterly useless.
