About this app

To Book doctor’s appointment :-

Step 1: Click on "Appointment" .
Step 2: If you are a new to Dr.Bhat's Homeopathy, click on "New Case". If you already visited Dr.Bhat's Homeopathy
then click on "Follow Up".
Step 3: Select the area which is near to your home either "Malleshwaram" or "Banashankari".
Step 4: If New Case, Enter Name,Mobile Number, Visiting Time, Queries(If you have anything to ask type in
Queries),leave CASE ID. If Follow Up Enter Name, Case ID, Mobile Number, Visiting Time, Date, Queries(If you have anything to ask type in Queries)
Step 5: Once you Entered everything, Click "Send" Button.
Step 6: you will find new window called "Send Feedback..." then Click On "Gmail"

Step 7: Once you click on Gmail, you will get all details, which you entered before.
Step 8: Click send icon(Arrow Icon), which is at Top.
