Old fashioned app. OK as free though but £20 a year? You must be joking. £20 as a one off is more like it. The main benefit from the subscription is that the alarm can be accessed remotely by an alarm tech or the alarm installer to check fault codes. I seldom use the app as it is not very reliable setting and unsetting the alarm can be a bit hit and miss, it needs more development.

Its a painfully basic offering, nice as a free app, or perhaps for £2 a year, but jumping to £20 a year (should be lifetime) is really a farce. It alerts you if there's an alarm, you can arm/disarm, it shows you if the detectors are active...thats it for £20 a year. For 15 a year tomtom go unlocks all features and is a premium navigation app, with complex backend, second to second data collection against hundred of thousands of inputs...come on, quit taking the proverbial.

Update* service is now a subscription...answer, rip system out throw away move to another brand. System is the WORST most irritating sack of junk ever to grace the market. It regularly goes offline forgets my password and locks me out for 10 minutes even when I've reset the password. Utter rubbish have to go back home to set the alarm at the panel its a JOKE. Oh joy this sack of excrement has forgotten my password again and locked me out for 5 minutes while I want to enter the house. Just Awful

2020: When will integration with Google assistant or Alexa be available? It's a pain having to use this app separately from arlo and other devices controlled by Google assistant. Agility 3 system in New Zealand. 2021: Any updates on this in 2021? Thanks for the reply saying you have no intention of doing this and higher priorities than working with Google assistant or Alexa. I'm shocked. Home automation should be a priority. I won't be choosing your product again as other options can, thanks.

Having trouble login, ask for "forget password" for the email link and yet never received it.

Selling a 4000+ EUR alarm system while advertising free app control. Then after a year starting to charge 23.99EUR on a yearly subscription basis for that same app that was advertised as free is just scandalous. Now we are stuck with this system integrated in our entire house and you come asking for more money. This for an app that looks like it was developed in the year 2005. Slow, ugly UI, basic features only... RISCO shame on you.
