Doesn't import recipes fully even from websites listed as compatible. BBC good food website it imported nothing, food network it just imported the picture, it did work from all recipes website, but I primarily use the other two.

Biggest problem with this is that the Bluetooth connection to the thermometer is maintained within an android 'activity' (ie the app ui) rather than in a background service. This causes the connection to be dropped when switching to another app or when the phone locks. The themometer end then disconnects after a timeout. If the Bluetooth comms were to be moved to a background service, the connection could be maintained. Email for me details!

Truly Excellent innovative app, with superb friendly support. This is really worth having! I do not usually write reviews, but give this a try and you'll be hooked! Too many excellent features to do justice to here, but so simple to use it will change the way U cook. Useful even without the Salter scales and thermometer, but they take it to another level. Being able to download recipes with a click, alter the number of servings, edit, set alarms for temp and time etc just fantastically useful.

This app is a game changer. It is great for storing all your go to recipes in one place. I love that you can cross off steps and ingredients as you go. Best of all you can change the number of servings making it easy to upscale recipes for batch cooking.

I use this app for all my recipes now. Some online recipes can be saved directly to this app others you copy and paste the ingredients and method and even the picture to the app. I use with a salter scales too but it works just as well as a stand alone recipe book.

Great app, even if you don't have the connectable scales. The app makes organising and scaling recipes easy.
