This app does not work when one has A VPN running in the background. This is a major flaw in the app because those of us who travel a lot need a VPN to keep us safe from all the things on the internet that want to attack our devices. I have had to depend on the Airbnb app to run my bookings because of this issue. The developers of the app seriously need to correct this if they want more people to be able to use it.

Worst app ever! I have used the old app on my phone okay, but now it won't let me get to the host dashboard. It keeps trying to get me to sign up for the one key pass thing, has forced me to re login again and again. I finally said okay, I'll play your game, so I signed up for the one key thing, gave it a bogus name and a bogus password, but still couldn't get to the host dashboard, but it changed my host password! The app is unusable.

Terrible experience. Even trying to write the review was troublesome. The set up of properties is difficult. The syncing of calendars is delayed. You can't do half of what you need to do with this app. I'm going to stay strickly with airbnb until I hear about some major investing into a modern, user-friendly app that actually works. Yes we are making money, but also for vrbo. You would think they would do something to keep owners on the site.

This app no longer let's me login. can't add more than one picture at a time or send attachments to guests needed when sending damage charges. It refuses to upload images of certain standard sizes from a phone or if they're too big. The app struggles to load messages. It's impossible to adjust a guests trip dates and charges using the app, it will just change the reservation without allowing you to update charges. It will incorrectly calculate reservation change charges also.

I can't open my calendar or home page for a month or more. I have made several attempts to resolve talking to support with no feedback or update. It is VERY frustrating not to be able to block dates, change rates or update anything using the app. I can access using my computer, but that is very inconvenient when I do most of my work from my phone or iPad Pro.

There is a bug in the app so make sure to test it. I've had my property listed for 2 months and still no bookings thats because guests can see it on there mobile device. Guests have to refresh the screen by selecting the "search this area" button after you zoom in in the general area of interest (location of my property). No one will know to do this. I've contacted customer support and they yet have been able to resolve it. I've emailed the app developer today maybe I might have better luck.
