The app is good for viewing and displaying airport transfer details if u cannot print. Used & booked in Portugal for 2 people to get to the Airport on Sat morning with no probs. A jolly, helpful Portuguese driver (with good English) came with a minibus from Faro Airport's 'BestTransfer4U' service, which quickly picked up other passengers from their hotels along the way. Very on time. Details only appear within 24hrs before the actual transfer, so don't panic if u check and can't see it before that time!

Useless. Can't log in. When I try to log in I'm told I'm using an incorrect email or password. When I try to retrieve my password I'm told nothing found and when I try to register I'm informed I'm already registered!

Somethings wrong with the app. Not giving selections for airport or hotels when trying to book. Had to go through website

Brilliant - much better than their previous version. Useful maps too which really helped us find our driver in an otherwise tricky airport!

Booked taxis for Paris trip. On arrival no one was there. Turns out they had the wrong dates even though I supplied all the correct data. They said I needed to give 24 hours notice to amend a booking even though it was not my fault. In the end I used uber and then my bank claimed the money back. All this during the terror attacks in Paris. If you want piece of mind, use uber, in fact it was cheaper via uber than this company!
