My experience so far has been positive. I have pre-booked my stays months in advance for my stays in Tel Aviv, Caesarea and Eilat. I have not yet been disappointed. Listings have been accurate, hosts have been nice, and the checkin process has been trouble free. I love this app, and I love the service.

I find the app very usable from the start of the process: finding a place to stay, communication between travelers and hosts and reviews to help travelers, and more. With many phone apps I find it better to go online on laptop to complete transactions. That's not the case with the Holidator app. I recommend the app.

Was using an older version of the Holidator app that wouldn’t provide a galery. I ended up searching in the Google Play and sure enough, there’s a newer version available. So if something doesn’t seem correct to you, just check to see if there’s an update for you in the Google Play. All good now.

I like the fact that you can check exactly how your hotel does look thanks to the image galleries. I find Holidator very useful and I plan to use it again soon.

Do NOT USE. Villaisrael does not have trustworthy people with houses for rent. We booked and confirmed a stay at a villa in herziliya (villa Full Option Herziliya, owned by Talia and Gary) and the night we were going to the house, a random agent called to say that there was a mistake and we cant stay in the villa because it wont be clean on time. I had put so much effort into finding the right place with a sukkah, and packing up bags for my family with 7 kids, only to get in the car and hear this from a person that may or not even be connected to the property. We were literally packed into the car, when i got this phone call. Then i attempted to call. The agent ANA who i didnt even know i was dealing with brcause she was using the owners account... And she never answered the phone. I have no idea if any of what he was saying is even true, because he was blaming another agent for misbooking the days and times. Basically, they have bad customer service and have not responded to my emails (the app). Stick with any other booking site, not this app.

Very good, its search engine works like a charm! The app is excellent for every budget, which is great. I recommend it!
