I am 43yrs old and I suffer from insomnia and this actually helps me get to sleep. Ty for this wonderful app.

My son loves this light. The only thing its missing is the ability to turn the sleep timer off so it can stay on all night. I'm not worried about screen burn-in because I use it on an old device.
