This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing STD alert, anonymous and free notification on PC Windows and Mac.

Does not send anything to anyone. I tried it on my husband as a joke and it just stayed in pending for 2 days. I had 5 notifications available. After 2 days it was still pending.. Uninstalling.
