No lo recomiendo más, estuve con ellos cerca de 2 años, al principio el servicio fue excelente, pero con el tiempo la calidad fue bajando y las fallas que tienen fueron evidenciándose. Tuve multiples limpiezas de mala calidad, cancelaciones de servicio de parte de ellos, llegadas tarde de las empleadas de servicio, muchas veces me toco pedir cambio de empleada por mi insatisfacción y a pesar de ello, me volvían a mandar la misma persona.

la aplicación no tiene una Ai, lo primero que deberia buscar es la ciudad, dirección y demas para ver cobertura; adicional el agendamiento de profesionales deja elegir dias con los que no cuenta personal disponible y te lo informa solo al final.. no tiene forma en que la navegacion dentro de la interfaz le permita al usuario regresar al nivel anterior, muy lindo el diseño... muy linda la ilustración, pero muy baja usabilidad (no complete la tarea) y no muy buena UX

Muy mal servicio al cliente. Así se envíen correos solicitando aclaración sobre un pago de un servicio no prestado, no dan respuesta, pero para cobrar si envían hasta dos correos diarios.

NO LA DESCARGUE, NO LA USE. No cometa el error que tantas personas como yo hemos cometido. Es lo peor que puede hacer. Su servicio al cliente es pésimo, la clausulas del contrato son abusivas y los protegen sólo a ellos pero NUNCA al cliente. Te envían 3 o 4 recordatorios a la semana para que pagues, pero cuando malo sucede con la prestación del servicio se demoran una eternidad en responder o ignoran tus solicitudes.

Es una buena app, tiene potencial y me gustaría usarla.. Da la opción de elegir varias ciudades de Colombia... Pero solo Bogotá me permito entrar... Yo vivo en Cali ¿Me notificarán cuando activen el servicio en Cali?
