Don't forget to update firmware! Excellent support. I provided the issues. Recieved back informative and helpful support. First attempt on fix HW was able to correct part of the issues. I provided more feedback and received a final solution to the connection issue with android 10. Some of the best support you could ask for! Oh and the product excels! HW Axe 2700kv 550 motor and esc combo. Being able to change settings on the go allows me to be wreckless on trail and then switch to "comp" crawler

Hobbywing has gotten in over thier heads with tech. I'm done. No more Hobby wing parts for me. Update: I've tried again. Updated app, new phone. Almost never connects. When it does, it changes something at random and then disconnects. Throttle used to go from off to rocketship like a light switch. After probably 50 attempts and 3 connections, quickly followed by disconnections, the throttle is controllable, but now I don't have reverse. Xerun XR8 Plus & 4268 G2 Sensored motor. What a waste.

Great app. Works perfect on my Samsung S8 phone. Didn't work on my iPhone9 had too many issues trying to connect to app

HORRIBLE!!!! Stupid app won't even show the esc as available for connection even though I can see my phones getting the Bluetooth signal in my phones Bluetooth settings. Which means I have NO way of tuning this esc. The supposed "ease" of tuning was a big selling point for me. If this is what it is though, I'm going back to the castle. As it is now my axe may as well be a $200 paper weight.

Good idea, but not functioning. It downloads OK, and finds my esc, but when I try to link to it, the application crashes, haven't been able to use it, and my model is running in the opposite direction to that desired. Needs a fix as I can't adjust my system anyone way, according to the manual. So I may have to take it out, and add I bought it 3 to 4 months ago I doubt I'll be able to get my money back.

Just installed the axe system. Has worked everytime with no connection issues on my Huawei P20 Pro. Easy to adjust the preference settings once I realised you need to disconnect to apply the settings! Would be better if it applied the settings when you click save, to me this would be the most logical. Overall there are loads of tuning tweaks to play with and it's a great system.
