I had two poor service experience with Marco Polo. 1st was a booking incident of which a request for cctv copy was left unacted until today. 2nd was the inefficiency of this mobile application that triggered my withdrawal for my membership. Since they did not bother to extend extra effort and reach to me in order to address my concern. They admitted that they were TOO BUSY to return to me. I passed the 1st misfortune of service but not the 2nd one and definitely will not have a 3rd one. Be very careful buying membership from this because they are only good at sales talk. After you avail the membership, service truly SUCKS!!! Note: I am giving this POOR rating for the MPM membership not the hotel amenities per se.
