Its a easy to use app. Filters work well to shortlist as per need and requirements. However i cannot see the busses route numbers. For example sugama travels has route numbers which are not displayed on the app. I require these numbers for my regular trips.

Ticket booking is easy but the app need more improvement it crashes a lot and need notification regarding the bus timely update and after journey finish also the app not closes it is still open in upcoming journey. Had a great way ahead.

Never ever book tickets through this app very worst app ever i seen they never show up the dropping point all the buses linked with this app will drop as they like to drop i wanted to get down in tirupur all of a sudden they dropped me in by pass by 4:30 AM they said this is were we will drop if you want get down else stay. This time i wanted to get down at Chengalpattu toll they dropped me in guindy thanks ticket goose for wasting my time and money I will never ever book tickets again through u

The worst travel booking app i have seen. My bus was cancelled and ticket goose team were also unaware about the same. No prior intimation were made regarding cancellation of the bus from bus operator and ticket goose team. Customer services staffs were just replying irresponsibly. That too first person whom so ever who replied to my queries from ticket goose team was much harsh. Please dont risk yourself by booking via this app

Can't book bus ticket on my first attempt in this app. Tried many times, showing trip location not available, even thou location of embark and disembark were selected from drop down list.

app crashing during payment. not able to book ticket. a message popped up saying cc will contact in 10 min, but didnt receive call for next 1 hr. booked ticket through other ticketing app to secure my travel.
