Unfortunately if you are downloading this, you have purchased the thermometer. Just wasted 2 hours trying to get this to work correctly. Refuses to set "doneness" freezes, crashes. Hopefully the hardware works, but this doesn't. For what I've paid, this is going back.

I think is is overkill for this simple app to require android 4.3 ! (I don't know about BLE 4.0) If the app worked flawless, I might be willing to accept these requirements, but there are several bugs and bad designs in it. I like the idea, and it COULD be good, but for that to happen, the app needs a SERIOUS overhaul. ... and lower the requirements to 4.1 to make it compatible with more devices (should be possible - it isn't rocket science to make an app like this) Best regards Anders

I'm sitting 40cm from it and my phone is hanging every 10 seconds while it gives me a "disconnected" message from the app.

Never succeeded to make it work. It connects a few seconds and disconnects. And that's it.

Bad translation. Bad implementation. Bad interface. Bad use of data. I love the concept, the app simply is not good enough. Developers, contact me if you need me to explain the above.

Range indication and status of connection should be available easier. Also simple measurement display option should be in app for those use cases, when cooking experimental stuff (molecular gastronomy).
