good and helpful application but the booking fee are so high....

Would give it 5 stars if there was a tip option! There's no incentive to go above and beyond for drivers when a significant number of riders request multiple accommodations on pick-up/drop-off locations. It's not a huge deal when there's only one rider, but if each rider is requesting accommodations with a full car, it certainty adds a lot of time/gas for the driver & there's not even an option for a reward.
