Two issues I have You should be able to contact people through messaging outside of booking them. If you have a general question... a booking in advance should not be required to communicate. 2nd... trip itineraries should be set by the driver. I recently book a ride from Calg to Wpg, and the driver could not change the itineraries in the booking. She was driving from Vancouver to Toronto. Poparide reflects schedules as though the person is driving nonstop. Please correct this for future.

Best app and the most useful app that humankind could ever creat! You get cheap rids and you can give rides to those in need also covering your own expenses.

Tried MANY TIMES to book a ride off this app. Unfortunately i am done trying because every booking request i have made gets cancelled by the driver for reasons not MY OWN. Yes the app refunds you the money but its an inconvenience if you cant rely on this app let alone the drivers. I tried reaching out to support but its not one of their FAQs.

I was trying to use the service for the first time. I registered and booked a trip but I needed to confirm the pick up point in case I was accepted as a passenger. There is no point to text the driver if he/she would not reply

Simple and straightforward which is exactly what you want for a ride sharing app.

Been using poparide for a year now, and find that the developers have been putting some time in, to making the app better. But within a year they have not found a way to pay drivers quicker for services rendered. It's been over a week now, and I still have not been paid. Being a avid traveler, and the high price of fuel, it shouldn't take longer then 2 days for payment. Yes, it is a ride share, but a business on both sides. I think this is their biggest down fall for getting more driver to join.
