This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HiRide on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. DON'T INSTALL.It's just 5 minutes i installed this app, but had to uninstall it mmediately because its too annoying and good for nothing at least for atlantic region as there is less to no base thus no rides being offered/requested for entire atlantic region. It has Not just one, but many flaws: 1. Crashes multiple times. 2. Not very effectivd UI/UX. 3. Mobile verfication seems to be an illusion , it does send you the code, but app moves fwd to next step without needing you to supply that code.

Amazing app!!! I would recommend it to any students wanting to find a quick, safe, and cheap way to get back home from university!!

I wish I knew about this app before. I would have saved so much time. It takes 4 hours or the Go bus to get from Waterloo to Toronto.
