Such a pathetic service , you couldn't trust them even though you have made the booking confirmation they f.. can cancel the confirmation and could send you the cancellation message on your behalf and simply ask to serve you again... I could pray for them so that they should improve the customer service and try to win the market trust and might survive the long battle
