Well Common sense would suggest.. access to messages, social media, so on would suggest data scan and key words being picked up such as relevant names to people in your contacts, conversations. Very good con for those who are desperate , those who no little about technology.

This app really works if there's a spirit actually communicating. Its really useful for generating each syllable and consanant of a word, so you get acurate translation such as if a spirit is not speaking English or any other word out of a common tts word bank. I had a spirit in my house speaking spanish, English, and some weird Norwegian language. I would like to see the minimum rate of words dropped even more. And maybe even visual text history

Not even five minutes after I got the app I asked it where a spirit is/where it came from and it answered "I came from hell" I've always been sensitive to the paranormal so not much scares me but I asked it if it would give me a sign and a cold tingly sensation ran up my leg going into my arm. I asked the box if the spirit had touched me and it said "Yes you're warm" I'm kinda terrified

RECORDINGS: Folder for recordings is set in options, default is SD card.

It's new derivative type of device known as spirit box or ghost box that is used by ghost hunters worldwide.

Sections description:

Noise Volume - volume of white noise.
TTS Volume - volume of Text-to-speech.
TTS Delay - delay between generated words in range 150ms - 3s.

TTS Pattern - pattern is used for generating words. It may have from 1 to 6 letters. Each box with V/C/? sign denote what letters may be used:
V - vowels,
C - consonants,
? - any letter.

If you choose to use words list instead of pattern then source for words is shown on spirit box main screen.

For file with words just look for 'wordlist' in search engine and you will get a lot of results.

Please note:
For users with Android below 3.0 TTS EVP plays with system stream volume (in Android SDK pre 3.0 Text-To-Speech have to change volume of whole stream, that's why), on 3.0+ Android TTS EVP is played by the same stream as noise (music stream).
