It was great at first. You could login to your account and pay for your prescriptions with a stored credit card. Apparently, now they removed that option. Their support articles are useless since it refers to the way Hippo was before they screwed up the service. Now, the app is awful! There is nowhere to login to see your history, update your credit card, address, etc. I have been getting emails telling me to update my credit card due to it expiring. But guess what YOU CAN'T! I have other people pick up my medications do to a disability. Now, I have no way to pay for it ahead of time. BLINK HEALTH allows you to pay online ahead of time. I am going back to them. At least they know what they are doing. Hello Hippo is clueless. Why would you screw up a good thing? Not every one has the ability to pick up their prescriptions.

It does save money on rxs. That's the good part. The bad? Sometimes they notify the pharmacy, sometimes they don't. Sometimes after ive already picked up the rx, I get notifications about problems with the order. And the worst? Today I filled a rx with the app, and after the transaction was complete, they (hippo) decided i wanted another order and i wanted it billed to my bank account. Most likely this Will result is an nsf fee for me. So they just charged my card without my permission at all. Waiting to see if my bank wants to hit me with a fee or not. Not using this app again. Bad business practice.

Worked 100%. I just picked up a prescription and the pharmacy tech's eyes bulged when the price went from $2000 to $30.
