Update* In the last 2 weeks, I've had to reauth twice. 2 stars again. "Changing my review and updating my rating as I have not needed to constantly reauthorize my Ecobee account. Thank you for working out the issues and reaching out via email. So far, it's been so much better. Still have some connectivity issues from time to time with the vents between my hub and a repeater, but overall, much much better. Appreciate it....now just come out with a hub/repeater that can also be powered by POE ; )"

Needs to incorporate new sign on authorization with ecobee (2 factor authentication). Currently I am unable to relink. When the connection was active, Keen consistently showed ecobee thermostat set to 2 degrees lower than it actually is.

I replaced all of the vents my home and had nothing but issues. Now it appears they have given up on the company. This app hasn't been updated since 2018 and you cant log into their system anymore.

Purchased 2 vents and a bridge to test before buying them for the whole house. Thank God I did. They are either open or closed in auto mode BUT... Auto mode works for a couple minutes then forgets to open my vents all day. My tech room where both vents are installed got HOT! Do not buy these. Wait for a company to release a working product. Purchased in May of 2020 but vents marked 2018, same as the last Android update. I think the owners have abandoned this business.

Major disappointment. App always needs to reauthorize with ecobee. Integration with ecobee makes no sense. If I open the vent, it immediately closes it again. Display will say a vent is open when in fact it's closed. Conflicting vent position in the app. App is overly complicated. Would be better in ecobee drove vents instead of app trying to guess.

Had this product for over a year and the software does intergrat well. They need to update the solfware. No realy user settings. Of all of my Google Home products which my entire house is controlled by her this one has to be the worst ... so bad that I don't even try to use it anymore. Great idea, but very low end app development.
