Worked fine yesterday, but today the update makes it unusable. The image size now says 'LONG SIDE mm SHORT SIDE mm' and it will not let me enter ANYTHING! This makes the laser UNUSABLE and I have urgent jobs to do. Please make the previous software version available IMMEDIATELY!!

Latest update causes the app tp restart as if I've never used it before, after going through the registration and tutorial the screen goes white and stops working. Restarting the app starts the process over again. Please fix this asap, I need this to finish multiple projects and orders I have customers waiting!

I hate the new update . Doesnt engrave the area that I want with this new update . If you try to engrave a 5mm per 5mm area the laser don't do it anymore, it's calculates by itself and don't allow you to decide the area by yourself , it's just awful. How can I get the old version? It's a piece of rubbish for me. I can't engrave anymore

Only tool for the job so stuck with it. Need more inbuilt fonts, ability to connect bluetooth after getting ready to print without loosing edited file and ability to do more with fonts when adding to text to graphics file. Stop app running in back ground and having to force stop even when closed. Latest update (early April 2021) full of bugs, worse than before. Changing image between modes results in blank screens when you change back. Contrast sliders useless. Do not update!

Neat little engraver, absolutely aweful software. It's always crashing and I'm constantly locked out of certain functions because it keeps defaulting to the initial demo when I first start the app up. If this doesn't get fixed soon I'll have no choice but to return it.

Purchased a laser engraver, sadly this app is rubbish as it keeps stopping after data transfer via bluetooth. How about the developers fix this issue, so we can give better stars. Looks like i have to return my laser etcher, cant see any other app working. Very disapointed.
