Rubbish App. No support from the company to help sign up problems unless you are security licensed holder. What does that mean ? I am your legal official customer and your bloody app is faulty. Why can't you help us or at least fix your app. They deserve rating in minus. Please please fix your new app.

absolute rubbish. can't remotely monitor my business as no app support for both android and iOS. unable to register or reset password to scan DVR barcode.
