My company switched to Highmark and I set up my account on the website. I downloaded the app on both of my phones (iPhone and Android) and tried using the app on my computer. In all three cases when I try to login to my account through the app it reports that my account has expired and I no longer have access. I can't provide a legitimate score until I can get into the app to see how it works, but I couldn't post my review unless I provided a score...

Downloaded and opened for the first time. Was able to login. When prompted for mandatory 2FA, the screen goes white and that's where it ends. Can't continue. I can go back one screen and try again but get the same white screen afterwards. It's completely unusable. I'll go back to the website and use that until the app designers get their stuff together. I was able to sign in, unlike some of the other reviewers I've seen, but the interface is clunky, and it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. At least with the previous app, it was easy to find what I needed without having to wait through endless loading. Honestly seems bloated with things I don't need, and harder to find the things I do.

Endless loops of sign-in and roadblocks requiring app update when no update is available. Pages load extremely slowly. When eventually able to log in the app has no useful functionality other than displaying your ID card. Uninstall and reinstall of app was only way to solve this issue. After reinstall app behaved.

HighMark recently cut ties with their telemedicine platform, Doctor on Demand which was an awesome site. You now have to use the Well 360 telemedicine platform through the My HighMark app. Well 360 is awful. The site itself is not user friendly, you get no information and as I speak I have been waiting 4 hours to talk to a doctor and still have no idea how long it might be. So much for urgent care, I guess they assume your issue is not urgent enough. Terrible!

I'm sorry to say it but if I could give 0 stars I would. I'm really sorry, but this app is a waste of time, and likely money. I downloaded the app and could not log in. Please just don't have an app, just make the website better and don't waste your resources on an app, especially if its unusable. Alternatively, just make your website pseudo mobile friendly if you have to. Right now its pretty bad, as the app is not great, and the website is not that ideal. Thank you for reading.
