On the 30th I used the app to pay $400 for my wifes coverage. The app charged me twice. I contacted customer service, they admitted that it is a known issue with their app and they would be able to do a reversal for me on one of the charges. They also advised they would notify the developers of this known issue. Highmark then refused to execute the reversal of the $400 for a issue they are aware of and admitted fault to. So developer if you are here, have you been notified of this issue?

Great health insurance provider, great provider app for all your minor to semi major needs accessible through application or directed right thru to website itself to manage, view, or search for Any health related questions, services, ongoing pending claims, prior authorizations and medical in network directory As well as great chat or via 1800 number customer service. Which has been for over 2 years consecutively above and beyond the minimal standards most service reps seem to be. Highly recomm

This app has one of the most stupid thought out decisions ever. You use your Fingerprint as a way to login, very convenient! But when it comes to paying off bills, it wont let you use your fingerprint as you need your password for that, why not also make that Fingerprint??? Fix that and it would be a lot less useless.

Unable to reset username and password. Keep receiving, "Something went wrong" message. Exactly ZERO help options available.

I've Seen Worse... Of course it didnt take my user name which seems common. I had to have user name sent to me & found out the last character was not in the user. It makes you type user name all in caps which is very odd. Had to reset PW & then it worked. Once in, I went to upload bank info for direct deposit. You hit "add" and blank sections come up for you to fill in with routing number, etc... Go to add. No keyboard will come up. Switch devices and you have to hit edit to make it work. Dumb

Very bad app. I see now why so many bad reviews. What happened to me is exactly what other users are complaining about. The app doesn't accept my user name. I entered many times and nothing happens. Then it shows an error message. What a waste of time. Why do you offer something that doesn't work?
