Great. But unsure of what my subscription is paying for. You monitor the system and report issues. Every once in a while I get an email indicating an issue but no indication on my app? Sent an email back this month and was IMMEDIATELY responded to telling me what it eas and how to fix. So with that in mind still 5 stars. However I thought Advanced subscrition would detect and automatically fix the issue! Just wondering?

I'm not sure whether to rate the app or the service itself so I'll do both. The app works fine though struggles a little bit connecting the device to wifi. The device itself is working fine and doing what it's supposed to. My one complaint is that there is no way to delete your account or stop the emails without having to email them. Even then I still got emails sometimes. Step that up and I'd call it a 5 star.

Terrible app, constantly signs you out. Every major update has unlinked the home device. (Note this issue has been fixed). Email notifications state risks have been found, but the app still says 0. Update: still an issue over a year later. Support haven't responded either.

The app and Akita device did help find some issues but the app is slow and for every report weekly report I get told that 1 new issue was found while last 0 was found. I had this exact same message like 10 times in a row so either the 1 issue is fake or the 0 in history is inaccurate. Does make it feel trustworthy. The description of the issues isn't good enough to let you fix it either. Like how do you fix issue "third party #3 scan result"? The concept is great which earn one additional star

Changed phones. Re-installed the app and it has the previous settings from a Google backup maybe...and the app just says..."verifying" and does not show any if my IoT devices, though the green light is blinking on my Akita! Tried changing passwords, installing and re-installing...no use!! Can't do anything with the app as a result and IoT devices under the 'active' tab!

Clunky UI with flaky experience, awkward logout/login issues, overly insistent review prompts, and ultimately provides extremely limited utility in network monitoring. The service as described in Kickstarter campaign was interesting, but currently it's just an energy vampire that just blinks and has an awkward app.
