The worst app i have ever experienced... the app just close at any time... no able to open the bill properly... what are these developers are crazy or what??? You people come and please us for the connection and show positive attitude... when we need help these people doesn't respond...

This app is not working, it does not open. Upon payment, it won't generate bill. It will not send bill/receipt to email. Payment to volunteer/it's employees do charge Rs.25/- extra. So, developers must modify needful for smooth functioning of app.

Pathetic customer service , I had paid for Oct 19 bill , it did not reflect in the app . I had raised a complaint regarding the same in the app , writted e-mail , called a hundred times. Got no replies. Now my Jan 2020 bill inclued the previous bill + current bill + late fee. The meter readers from Megha gas are corrupt and ask Rs 30 extra for offline payment and behave rudely when ask bill for the same.

Very bad experience they will not sending the bills, they where not updating the bills. I have raised the complaint about this but too they where neglecting.
