I used this company a couples of times and you are lucky if they don't have a busy day. If they are free without any other request they have good prices but this morning for example I booked a taxi to go the airport; pick up time was 5.45am and they didn't come. I called the office and after waiting at least 3 minutes, the guy working there told me that the driver was putting petrol. He also told me: "if you like I give you his number and you check what time he arrives". I called the driver and no one answered. He tried to call me back at 6.10am when I was already at the airport.

Awful Awful I agree with all comments here, very unprofessional I m very late I have a meeting although I booked on line a day before and informed them I need to be ON TIME. They sent the cab 15 min late! were just lying everytime I call they kept saying few min will be there now I m stacked in the traffic late for work late for the meeting which will miss it obviously as I m still with in the cab in a heavy traffic what an unpleasant day! Never Ever again! this my first and last time with you!
