This app has the worst customer service. Having trouble re-installing the keys to access the program . Contacted customer support, Ross Hemingway. He told me to request new keys and gave me a new install code which I did. Still can't get it to work. Contacted Ross again explaining I could not get it to work. He told me to stop argueing with him and do what I am told. Seems they just want my money. Ross Hemingway is very arrogant and unprofessional.
