I originally rated it 5 stars but after getting my membership and using the service for nearly a month the service has changed. The app has grown and the quality has gone down. It's hit or miss, you either work with someone who is experienced and provides exceptional service or someone who doesn't reach the standard previously set. Wait times for chat has taken longer than before too. And the level of communication has gone down as well.

Brilliant App. Safe and effective at getting things done. I'm actually disabled and this app is perfect for me. I'm not good at talking and I needed to get my vehicle title, they got it figured out and I went and picked it up. I absolutely love this app. It's a blessing.

Way above and beyond what I was expecting. My first task was relatively simple find a few car mechanics in my area. It was completed quickly and I was very happy with the result. My second task on the other hand was not so simple. I asked for a comprehensive list of solar companies in quite a large area around where I live. It may have taken a day and a half but I got a 27 company list in an spreadsheet document with names, phone numbers, ratings, distances and addresses. Absolutely incredible.

Their staff does not pay attention to detail in requests, and would rather skip corners than fully do what is asked. In a word: incompitent. They continually submitted the task as complete without having done half of it. I even had to give them (publicly available) info. they couldn't seem to find. After 1.5 weeks of repeating the same instructions, I realized it would be faster for me to do it. They are a waste of time and effort. One good note: They are curtious.

Hands down the best app of 2020 (my opinion). You really can't go wrong have an personal assistant for 20 bucks. Everything I have asked them to do, they do it quickly and they are extremely polite. I figured I would jump on bored with the $20 subscription, before the prices go up as this app takes steam in popularity.

Finally convinced myself to get a subscription after bottling up for a while on what tasks I'd have them do for me. I am totally enjoying the service and the care the team provides. Great job! If only I could get someone to go to my appointments themselves 😅
