Excellent rental. But Worrstttt app ever. Never starts when needed. Poor validations. Stupid dead end workflow. Frustrates users. Not sure if they maintain? Or even test this app. Not sure if an IT team exist for this app. 10 years of no improvement in user experience. Totally unreliable app ever... Frussttraattteeddd. Thanks for the visionary IT team.

The app is slow. Sometimes it shows empty screen. And then we need to restart the app

App not working at all! Even when it used to work last year (2020), it was slow and problems with loading bookings or even to make a new booking. Hertz need to get this fixed asap if they don't want to lose out to competitors.

This app crashes all the time. When you re-install it you can use it once. Next time it will just show a white screen. The white screen is good as a light so they could perhaps rebrand it as Hertz Whitelight.

That got fine to terrible quickly. First it gets slow, than the app just forwards to the web page barley optimized for mobile use. Phone service not available anymore at all. It was good car rental - now it is just sad.
