Nightmare app doesn't even recognise hospitals in your city even though its one of the main ones, useless app if you ask me, was told to add this app as it will be useful in my line of work, well if it can't recognise or even find in search the hospital then what's the point in having the app, big 👎 from me.

Zero support. I am a doctor using the app and recently found myself unable to log in and unable to reset my password. It is so frustrating as I need the app for my job so I can get to extension numbers and bleeps quickly in time-critical situations. I'm now convinced there is no support for users as I have sent several emails which are auto-replied with a promise someone will get back 'in a few hours', which doesn't happen. The only support telephone number is out of service!

Started of as ok initially , with some numbers missing . Now all it does is call the hospital exchange ( which anyone can do directly as well ) no matter what department you call . So it's practically not working as a calling app now and is at best a poorly populated dysfunctional and often wrong telephone directory .

Used to work very well. Trying it today however it wouldn't work without an update, so I did that. now it won't open, just stops, only occasionally getting to a "maintaining database" screen but repeatedly stopping.

Gets stuck at the review terms and conditions screen, you click to accept but it dumps you back at the sign up scree. You can't sign up so it's broken and unusable.
