Terrible experience with their costumer support representatives and billing system. Some months ago I decided to try their system under the premise that I could cancel before 14 days If I was not happy with the service. As some mentioned here, the cleaners are not very professional, so I decided to cancel. I asked their customer support to cancel and remove all my data. Mr Koen de Zwart sent me an email confirming that I did not have any outstanding payment and that my account will be cancelled. Three months later I get contacted by this shady company, requesting a payment of 50€ out of nowhere. Mr Koen de Zwart had totally forgotten about his email and now apparently I cannot cancel If use their service. What kind of try out period is that that if you really use the service you cannot cancel it? This only has a name for this company: scammers.

Very good app and service. The team as well is really customer friendly and helpful so very positive experience overall that I recommend.

Helper was late 1.5 hrs and the replacement lady who came did a very bad cleaning. No idea how to clean and wasted many my cleaning tools and broke my mop. Follow up from Helping was bad and they have no interest of doing any remedy. Service is poor and management is bad.

Do not download - Terrible service - They dont have enough cleaners registered so you can not get a booking. I provided alternate dates & times to try and times to the local customer service and still couldnt get a cleaner. There seems to be a trend in all the reviews, there are not enough cleaners for you to justify advertising your service. I stand by my 1 star review

STAY FAR AWAY THIS IS A SCAM. Impossible to cancel once you fall for the bait (schedule regular clean) at which point you are not allowed to modify your booking or even change the frequency of cleaning without paying insane fees! Despite them never finding a cleaner for you, if you try to change things you will be billed! If your address changes you will be billed or forced to pay for nonexistent cleans!!! STAY AWAY.

84£ for 2 hours of cleaning. Worst service I've ever experienced! I booked a 1st cleaner who came once (charged 24£) then cancelled the rest, the 2nd cleaner never shown up and kept on cancelling at the very last minute. Out of despair, I tried to cancel my commitment with helpling but then helpling charged me 60£ of termination fee. This is the worst customer experience possible.
