Easy to book service providers. The app puts you in touch with different service providers, who are then quickly responding. In case of house cleaning tje service providers are great, for handyman services I had different experienxes but you get a user rsting of a service provider in tje app.

I requested for my phone to be repaired, there was something wrong with the screen. I wanted it fixed asap so I went to the HelpBit service office to drop it off last Sept 29 and was told by the receptionist that the parts needed for the repair will arrive on the next day (Sept 30), so okay no worries it's not that long of a wait. She then told me that after it's repaired they will immediately deliver it back, so I was happy since it will only take a day. Sept 30 I waited all day and nothing so I opened my Helpbit app to ask for an update via chat, I asked for an update and someone replied (I forgot his/her name) requesting for a moment to check the relevant team, but I never got any update, I let that slide. Oct 1 Still waiting for someone to call for delivery but nothing, so opened Helpbit app again to chat, and spoke to Arlene, she told me that if the phone is not delivered Oct 1, it will be delivered maximun on the next dat (Oct 2). Later that day I got a call from Helpbit asking about my password pattern to unlock my phone, and I was thinking they are just about to fix it now, when they received the parts yesterday and they have my phone even a day earlier than when the parts arrived? I paid this service by the way, for collect and deliver, and I dropped the phoneto their office personally, so everything will be way faster, the spare screen came late, that I can understand, but repair was delayed as well? Why? Oct 2 - (that's today) in the morning I had a chat with Sherine and asked if I can receive my phone back today, she told me that someone will contact me today for the delivery, 3pm came and still nothing so I chatted again this time with Ismail, he only said he will check and then I got no update. Since I'm kind of frustrated already I chatted, and Christine told me that the dispatch team has already been informed and will give me an update, and that it will be delivered within 2 DAYS!!!!! what!???? I stayed home for 2 days waiting for nothing and you want me to wait for another 2 more days.... Wow! Unbelievable.

they're good when they actually come to do the job but otherwise they're very slow to rectify a problem. I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance, the day before I was due to travel, and was told on the day of the appt that they were unable to complete it. i should have been informed sooner. I've been left with no time to arrange an alternative now and it has left a sour taste in my mouth
