What a joke Apparently my phone isn't compatible for the app.

22.8.23 Update, all of the relax, meditations and similar reduce my blood pressure from top of normal to normal. Done all of the wise words, any new ones coming? Still recommended. Previous: Have done the CBT, deep breathing and muscle relaxations. Added: this is not just a CBT app. It includes all sorts of helpful techniques, spoken in a very reassuring, gentle voice. If you got negative about this app I think maybe the meditation section may help. ☺

Really like it, the short sessions are doable even when I can't be bothered but then I am always glad after finishing them. I do see myself improving my anxiety through this app in the long term

Only asks for your password once when you create your account, doesn;t ask you to confirm it. Doesn't tie in with password managers installed on phone so you have to remember a minimum 12 char password. When you finally log in the font is absolutely tiny and feint. Clearly designed by kids with 20/20 vision. Utterly hopeless. Couldn't read a word. All design over function

Apparently 'CBT' is tapping some weirdly moving circles and if you get it right you 'win'... Some points. What the points are for... Who knows? Who cares? The registration process was a wretch - why it couldn't just use the credentials the health app that directed me to thrive... No idea. Copying codes from authenticator to app... Unnecessarily complicated. Why no finger print? No idea. No night mode - no, no one enjoys looking at white screens in the dead of night. Disappointed.

I'll put 4 stars for excellent content, but for the app itself the rating is 1. It works, but it is slow and buggy, and doesn't use native widgets, so it's even more buggy, and doesn't really follow android best practices, so possibly could be flagged. Please, do something!
