The app is very slow, most of the time I don't feel like opening it, which isba shame as the content is actually useful. For a thing that is supposed to help with mental well-being, I expect a more seamless experience. You don't want to annoy someone who is already down. The UI experience needs some thought and improvement. The content so far seems good though. I can see some would argue that the app will teach me to deal with my reaction to the slow app and bad experience better. :)

Gave 5 stars due to some unfair reviews posted but the app seems a little juvenile for me and at the end of the day, it's still just a CBT course. You really need the will power for this to work. Life is pointless and no amount therapy will ever change that. Good luck to the team running it though, I applaud you all for trying.

Thoughtfully created and designed, the Thrive app really stands out as a mental health companion. I particularly appreciate the in-app games and the messages function. Absolutely recommended!

Don't expect support in here. They got in touch after I completed a survey and turns out I required help. They asked for my availability and once I had told them they ignored me for over 24 hours despite showing active online. A day later, they don't have any appointments for when I was available and the old messages (1 day old) were already deleted. Avoid.

Self help that really works. Should be available on NHS though!

On starting, it gave an countdown clock with no explanation so just had to sit and wait. When something happened, it was unclear what they wanted me to do. With trial and error, I then worked it out and was able to.complete 5 exercises (despite the ever increasing countdown clock before starting an exercise). However, on the last 2 exercises, all I got was the countdown clock and no actual exercise, yet once the clock finished it said I completed the exercise. All it did was cause me stress.
