Actually from app is good, and usefull feature, but there is still bad in people from service and customer support is not responsive, promised refund have not done yet, and information for maid schedule is pending. Please improve from the service first. Already ask to cs not response first said on 10nov2019 said will be processed, then I check still not done yet, then on 13nov I ask again and reply from cs on 19nov 2019, until now. It's not about the value of the money it's about customer trust
