Very confusing and frustrating app to use! I've been taking the VCTC for over a year now and find buses leaving 3-5 mins. Earlier than they're supposed to and this app does not show that! This week alone us as passengers had to tell a new bus driver where to stop! The buses don't have numbers or locations to reflect where they're going. I hope someone takes charge of this at VCTC and improves their broken system.
