Your Bus Operators(Drivers), are well trained, they exhibit excellent courtesy and discipline.They are patient and considerate though, there might be few exceptions. MTA definitely needs your method of Training the Bus Operators and how you are able to ENFORCE such standards and discipline.

The app works great, regardless of how well the bus system itself works. Be carefull to rate THE APP and not the buses or the system!

*The buses are NOT SPACED OUT* IT'S HARD to understand Why you have to wait an hour for one bus and 10 minutes for the next, THEN an hour for the next.😠 Get the Drivers on a schedule, a passenger should never wait more than 30 minutes for any BUS 🚌 Free or Not 🚌. So fix it before the council pulls the plug on it!
