This was advertised as a free app, but apparently there is no free version available. I signed in and am now only met with a screen asking which plan I want to subscribe to. My rating, therefore, only reflects my disappointment in finding no free version. I have not been able to experience any of the app itself. They do offer a free trial, but I try to stay away from those lest I forget to unsubscribe in time.

I've clicked through and requested several times for the account to be deleted. It just says an email will be sent when deleted - except its never deleted. I could just uninstall the app but I want any data gone. Hence, delete the account! Horrible, useless app.

This app said my 15 month old child was behind in speech because he isn't saying plural words, like feet, which it claims that some kids can do from birth. It literally says that.

This is exactly what I've been looking for! An app that puts me at ease and peace of mind that my child isn't under developed for his age! It's amazing! Too bad that it's premium only and I can't experience the rest of the app. I took 1 (one) quiz, got some numbers telling he's a bit late in development, panicked, and was asked to pay for the rest of the app. Was that's it?! That's the taste of what I could experience if I pay premium?! Ripped off! It's like paying for healthcare in America...

Wildly unrealistic scoring for kids in their age ranges. 18 month old coloring inside the lines, drawing pictures of animals people, being able to count out loud to 10+ and asking when/why/where questions? Well above 18 month old abilities but scores them as though they are behind.

This is what we've been looking for for 3 years and I'm so happy its here. We've been asking questions about our sons health without anyone to answer them with similar experiences and now we have a community of people to help us. Thank you so much Sleuth!

ABOUT US

Sleuth provides the first data-driven public reference for children’s health. We do this through a community built knowledge base. When parents search for children’s health answers, they are looking for data. They want to know whether symptoms are normal or worrisome. They want benchmarks that show how their child compares. Given information about a condition, they want to know what the arc of that condition looks like, and what resources (medical or otherwise) have helped other parents.

Products have personalities, and we want Sleuth to project our genuine concern to get kids the best care. Consideration - for every child and for every parent - is something that parents feel they are so often missing in the time-and-money pinched services available. We want to be an enthusiastically community endeavor, where people are genuinely supporting each other in a group effort to produce the best resource anywhere.
